I was trying to match some vinyl siding, and Angela was so helpful in the building center. I would definitely recommend her to help with all your DIY needs!

I came to fill up a propane tank and ended up finding a new and amazing socket wrench that I needed.I didn't know i needed it, but I needed a few choice other things. The quality of customer service, along with the abundance of selection of products, makes this place a great store, to shop at.

This store is incredible. If they don't have it, you don't need it. I haven't seen anything they don't have. The staff is always helpful and very nice. We go here every time we visit family in Gillette. They even had a cool visitor in the rafters.

Nope things are back to normal. No help. Finally went back into Menards after 7 months. Have things changed as far as customer service. They lady back at the service counter helped me find lathe so I could put them around my draft windows. She was sweet and very helpful.

Update: Manager reached out via email and personally apologized. Online showed item was in stock. Drove from Sheridan to find it wasn't. Asked associate for help, he looked at one box and just left, no sorry or let me ask someone else, nothing just disappeared and went back to sweeping.
