AAA Sand & Stone

Save your money, your time and sanity. I ordered 1400 dollars worth of rock and paid EXTRA for the delivery. Upon delivery, AAA sand and stone broke their fork lift hydraulic line in my driveway and proceeded to drive over it until they were done unloading. They threw kitty litter on it and called it good. I called the next day to let them know accidents happen, but they need to come fix their boo boo, on my brand new concrete. The manager Benjamin, gave me his HR managers cell phone number. I left her several voicemails, and, nothing. I called Benjamin back, to which he hung up on me. The next day, I finally get ahold of Kim, who is the supposed “HR person”. She tells me that they will get “one of their Guys” to come clean it, but “it will take time”. I ended up spending 6 hours of my own time to pressure wash the driveway myself. After, I call her back and she says they haven’t talked to anyone and they are “busy” so I should get my own bids on pressure washers. I send a bid within the hour. Kim then sends me a legal liability contract. Cool, so now I’m being treated like trash on-top of them destroying my new driveway and not even one single “sorry”. I absolutely know that oil ISN’T coming out of concrete. I call her back and she still refuses to remedy the situation, so I ask for the owner. She says they will discuss it and call me back. In an email form, she sends me the number to their insurance and that they will “no longer discuss this with me”. Haha, WOW!! AAA Sand and Stone is a joke.

Yall need to fix yall website. It says it’s open on Sundays then when you arrive it changed to closed. There was a line of 8 trucks with the same problem. Drove an hour to get here just for it to be closed.

The place is great and all. Prices are good. It would just be nice if someone understood English that was putting the dirt in your truck.

I have been using AAA Sand & Stone for years. Whether it be to drop brush off for a much lower rate, or pick up gravel for driveways, or even stone to veneer new builds. They have everything I need and are always friendly. Plus they have enough staff to get me in and out without taking too much of my time
