Beware when purchasing from this business. They will quote you one price on the phone and then a different price when they draw up the paperwork. Instead of verifying what you want before making a quote on a product, this company will use your lack of knowledge of all of the product jargon against you later and say that they will make a mistake in their pricing because they misunderstood what you wanted. They will charge you whatever they choose as they have no pricing listed on any of their products. They have stated it is too hard for them to post pricing because they do not want to intimidate/confuse any of the contractors who come by the shop to make a purchase. By not posting prices for the general public, they seem to be intimating that the contractors are not smart enough to figure out that the pricing listed is for the general public but the general public needs to just deal with being given different prices verbally and in writing. Update after owner's response: It is interesting that the owner has mentioned me accusing the staff of being "sexist". I never mentioned in this Google review sexism and I never accused anyone in the shop of being sexist. I asked only if the pricing was different on the phone and then in person because I was a woman. Well...maybe you just do this to everyone(?)...and it has nothing to do with whether you are dealing with a man of a woman. Also, I verified with the person on the phone which bricks I wanted and I verified the same bricks with the person in the shop. The name of the brick was the same, so if your people cannot get the names and prices of your own inventory correct for the customer, the customer should not have to pay more.

We previously purchased pavers from Rocky Mountain Supply for our front porch and walkway. The entire process was a good one! This year I went to purchase the same paver for our back yard project and found out the manufacturer had discontinued them. I went into Rocky Mountain Supply and Brandon greeted me immediately and asked how he could help. I explained my dilemma and ask for ideas. He promptly checked the inventory in stock and offered several options. I now have pavers being delivered Monday that I am excited about and that saved me over $1,000.00! Thanks for the excellent customer service Brandon! You are awesome!

I called all around town to find a specific type of mortar I was looking for for my German Schmeer project. The only place that had it in stock was Rocky Mountain Supply! Their service was very friendly. I’m definitely coming back to them to help me with my future projects!
