The office ladies are 1/10 for customer service. RUDE! Your job is to be helpful and not treat customers with arrogance. Not every sale is going to be with a person knowing EXACTLY what they need, it’s your JOB to be helpful.Especially when someone’s about to spend a decent amount of money. Completely unprofessional. I was going to be a first time customer, they lost the sale and business.I was being treated unprofessionally, at the same time you’re being rude to me….You had a 15 year customer complaining at to you and he left also!! Clearly, someone needs to help the office ladies out in the customer service department. If your business wants to only deal with “contractors” you should place a sign outside the building!

Horrible experience. I went on a Saturday at 12:20pm because there was a mistake on my order the day before. Their hours online showed they would be open until 4pm. I parked and the lady came outside and said "were closed". I asked if I could ask her a question and she said "no were closed". I then turned and asked her coworker beside me if I could ask him a question and he says "no because I am new and don't know anything". I was already frustrated because they got my delivery wrong and this just added to my frustration. It was just a quick yes or no question. The front lady at the desk is so rude and arrogant. The first red flag was when I initially went in and I saw another coworker of hers get upset with her. I like to support my local community but I will not do it at the expense of crappy service. Lucky for me there is a landscaping place nearby that was able to get me taken care of. Cheaper costs for material as well and no arrogance and rudeness from the staff. Which is great because I am just getting started with my projects. This place has definitely lost me as a customer and I will not even be returning their refundable pallets. I will use them on my new firepit that I built.

Mark Tatum was a great guy. Very friendly asked where I needed him to deliver and put it where my work was going to be easiest. Thanked me for my business and was a pleasure to work with. Amber at the yard was great as well. Very helpful and friendly. I will always use and recommend pioneer.

This location is the best. Our sales rep Amber is so knowledgeable and on the spot when ever we need something. She will go out of her way to ensure we have whatever we need. Keep up the amazing work Amber!

I needed some additional ground cover rock due to a tree that fell. Heather in the office was amazing to walk me through exactly what I needed to do. She was patient and kind despite being busy. Angel helped me 2 days in a row and had such a friendly attitude both days. Thank you for taking a task that felt a bit overwhelming and turning it into something very efficient and easy. Price was great too.
