I was calling around on a Friday for a same day delivery on a nice weather weekend, so it was a longshot. The competitor I called (who I have used for some time) was very short with me, and gave me an emphatic no with no further effort, and hung up. I called Artisan, and spoke to Angie. She said their schedule was full also, but she wanted to take my information, talk to the owner and see if there was any way to move things around and make it work. She called me back in about 10 minutes and set the delivery for that afternoon. And honestly, even if Angie had called me back and said they would not be able to get to it until a different day, it was still a better customer experience than what I found elsewhere that day. Artisan will be my first call next time.

My wife and I are really pleased with the quality of our stone which was delivered to our home yesterday. The company associates took great care to perform certain services like a last minute touch up gloss upon delivery and ensuring that the stone was level with some gravel which elevated the outcome. I appreciated my associate's helpful recommendations to make our stone unique and stand out. They really care about what they do and it shows.

Super impressed with the ownership and team at Artisan Stone. Very responsive, helpful and they truly care about serving your project however possible. Ted is a genuine and hard-working owner and even the customer care team like Abby do a great job of handling all the final details. There are companies like this much closer to my home, but there’s a reason why I do business with them despite being across town from their location. Just like working with the best. You can’t go wrong here.

This company has earned this rating. At the entrance I was met by a worker in a golf cart who drove me to look at the landscape stone varieties and helped me with my selection. He then met me at the office and calculated the amount of stone I need down to the shovelful. 👌 Perfect. Then I talked to the owner who introduced me to the driver and agreed to deliver the stone the same day. The driver dropped the stone and three hours after ordering the stone I was ready to go. Thank you!
