I’ve been a loyal customer of Lane Landscaping for about eight years now, and I’ve always been impressed by their exceptional service. Recently, we had a big project: we ordered a bunch of pavers and a larger water feature for our new home. Unfortunately, we discovered that our HOA didn’t allow us to install anything on our property. I was worried about how we would handle the situation, but Lane Landscaping came to our rescue. I called Lane and explained our predicament, and they were incredibly understanding. They offered to come and pick up all the materials we had ordered, refund us for the produce, and even waived the extra cost of transporting them to our new home in Eugene. I was truly surprised and grateful for their kindness and support during a stressful time. I can’t say enough good things about Lane Landscaping. They truly went above and beyond to help us out, and I highly recommend them for all your landscaping needs. Their delivery personnel have always been respectful, careful, and efficient in their services.

Had the starter lawn base delivered, that stuff is amazing. Has the fertilizer already in it with other organics to help roots establish...I know weather was a factor but after spreading & seeding heavily & covering with peat moss, kept it damp. The grass pic is 12 days later!!!!...pople need to know about this product. Very happy with the results

Wow! The awesome variety of materials, ideas and good advice abound. We went for River Cobble and found it and more, pebbles to boulders that you can purchase buy the pound, bucket or ton. Their staff helped with loading. A great place to day dream and start planning.

Service and materials were pretty much perfect for our blow-in Bark-O-Mulch delivery. The application went exactly as we requested, and the clean-up afterward left the surrounding spaces tidier than they were when the two-man crew arrived. Also, rather than upselling us, the crew did the job with one less unit than my estimate, saving me hundreds of dollars.

While I absolutely love this place for their products and convenience because of the proximity to my home, this review is specifically for their employees. They are the reason this place is amazing. I want to name Alejandro that works out on the lot for his hard work and attention to high quality service; and Mark, who works at the drive through check in/out, who’s always there to provide exceptional service. There are more whose names are not known to me but these two are exemplary. They deserve some serious acknowledgment for their dedication to customer service and quality work. I sure hope their bosses pay attention to these reviews! Way to go, guys! Keep up the great work!
