Paid 350 for what was supposed to be 5 tons of gravel for my driveway they ain’t no way that there’s that much there and was supposed to have spread it out also, stay clear of this place it’s a rip off

Unreliable. Ordered three loads for a 10am-12am delivery window, two days in advance only one showed up that morning on time, the other two did not arrive until 4:30pm. Called at lunch they claimed it would be shortly. Paid 3 guys to wait on site for something that showed up to late and now have to change an entire schedule around.

I just bought a scoop of "garden soil" and it is nothing but sand and mulch! There is no top soil mixed in. Garden soil is supposed to be mulch and top soil, not sand and mulch. I've done business with them in the past with no regrets, but I will.no longer go here for anything I need.

My family has been doing business with this location for years, and our most recent experience with gravel for our driveway was absolutely atrocious. We had a date/time set for delivery, and were told that we would be contacted when our delivery was on its way. The window for delivery came and went, and it wasn't until we called them after closing that we found out that the driver hadn't made it to the quarry in time. We were simply left waiting with no info in the meantime. We rescheduled for a few days later, and had a relative waiting for the delivery while we were at work. Again, the delivery window came and went. By the time our driver finally arrived two hours late, it was raining heavily. Three people were outside to talk to the driver about what we wanted and how we needed him to drop the gravel. We told him no less than three times, while standing at the driveway, what we wanted. He refused to do that, and not only dropped a three foot pile of gravel and left it, but drove carelessly enough that he made new and very deep ruts in our yard. The pile was left as it was, and we were unable to enter/leave our driveway until we had someone come out and level it for us. The driver was standoffish, indifferent, and seemed more interested in just dropping off the gravel and leaving as quickly as possible. When my husband called to discuss this with the office, they were every bit as indifferent and said that they would "talk to" the driver. The job itself was terrible, communication non-existent, and professionalism out of the question. We will never do business with this place again. Be very careful about using this service if you have a specific need, because they don't seem to care.

I never got my mulch, and they never reached out to me to let me know that I wasn’t getting my order. The communication and customer service is non-existent. I called on Monday to get my mulch delivered on Wednesday between 1pm-3pm. At 4pm I called to verify that my order was indeed coming and the lady that answered the phone acted like I was inconveniencing her terribly, but let me know that the truck had broken down. What?? You could have called me hours (or days??) earlier to let me know that my mulch wasn’t arriving when I scheduled it. She assured me that I was getting it first thing the next morning. When it hadn’t showed up by mid morning, I called again to see what the hold up was - and again the lady that answered the phone acted inconvenienced again, and let me know that the truck was being fixed and that I’d get my mulch first thing in the morning the next day. This went on from Wednesday to Saturday with them getting more and more ugly with me, as though my placing an order was the most inconvenient thing I could have done for them. Why couldn’t they have let me know on Monday when I placed the order, or Tuesday night that the truck was broken down and that I wouldn’t be receiving my order? Atrocious customer service. Extremely maddened by the lack of communication. Im sorry that I called several times in a week to make sure my order was on its way, which CLEARLY annoyed the front desk lady, but it shouldn’t be that difficult to tell me that I’m not receiving my order. Now I have no mulch, and my crew is coming tomorrow to spread mulch that I do not have. To say I’m annoyed is an understatement
