Worst experience ever. Cement truck was dumping concrete in my front entrance to mix the color. Splashed all my cars with cement. Left a mess. Called the owner to let them know what was happening. All for an “oh well”. After I spent almost $7K. Ridiculous. (The pour was supposed to be in the back yard) they left my drive way a mess. And then supposedly picked it up to only dump it on the other side. I would like to edit this post and say that the actual owner Brian reached out to me and completed a detail on my car. After going back and forth with the employees. He took care of the matter by sending his employees to clean up the mess and detailed my car. Thank you Brian!

Driver parked illegally in front of a cross walk with his engine running. He was making pedestrians walk out into traffic on a busy street in SE Portland. When I did get his attention to make sure he wasn’t going to move, he gladly waved me out into traffic. There was a legal parking spot literally 20 ft ahead that he could have easily fit into and waited for his turn to pour. (Tried to upload picture) He was totally unaware of the risk he was putting people into. Positive is that no one died and the new foundation looks great. Good job!

Absolutely awful company to work with. Set an appt last week to have concrete deliverd through Mike. The pump guy drove out to check the location and make sure they could fit the truck in. Shook hands hands and says yes the location looks great see you next Thursday. On Thursday they did a no show. Called and asked where they were they said they doubled book my appt and would not be coming. Then asked me why did i not call in the moring and reconfirm the appt. When i set an appt. Its set. I should not need to call and make sure they got there appt book not overbooked. Very unprofessional. The customer should never be blamed for lack of organization on the company's end. I took the day off of work and had all my forms sprayed wa waiting on the site easy to go with an extra paid hand. I would definitely choose a different company if you want the job done.

My next door neighbor used this company to pour a walkway for them, but while on the job, the employees damaged my property. They parked their cement truck in front of my parking strip and repeatedly walked on and dropped buckets on my plants. Several plants were damaged. They also rinsed off their pans of cement over my parking strip which left cement on rocks there and on several plants too (which now look like they might die). Repeated rinsing with my hose wouldn’t remove the cement from the rocks. My husband had to individually scrub each rock to remove the damage caused by these careless employees. A huge portion of cement is stuck under the rocks and now, my husband will need to dig it out and install new filter fabric under the rocks. I’m very angry at the thoughtlessness and complete disregard for property shown by these employees and this company. If I ever need cement work done, I would not hire them because they have no respect for property. Photos are of chunk of cement left under rocks, cement residue on rocks (after repeated rinsing and scrubbing—the rocks were saturated in cement before scrubbing) and damaged plants.
